n5555 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "n5555", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the n5555 platform, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the n5555 website accessible at n5555.app, including all games, betting markets, payment interfaces, promotional tools, and account management features.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, deposits funds, or places a wager.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a User's Account on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Real Funds" means cash deposited by a User via an accepted payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by n5555 prior to processing a withdrawal.
• "CNIC" means the Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA to Pakistani citizens, used as the primary document for KYC verification on n5555.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League domestic T20 cricket competition.

Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where the singular is used, it includes the plural and vice versa. References to "days" mean calendar days unless stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account on n5555, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. n5555 does not permit any person under 21 to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either on n5555 or through any other gambling operator or national self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of n5555 or any of its affiliated game or technology providers.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure without refund.

n5555 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration approval does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform — eligibility is assessed on an ongoing basis.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. n5555 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not reused across other services. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to access your Account on your behalf.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify n5555 support immediately via live chat or email. n5555 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

KYC Verification is required before n5555 will process your first withdrawal request. The standard documents required are:

• A clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (both sides)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and mobile number)
• A selfie photograph in some cases, as requested by the compliance team

KYC documents are reviewed by our Compliance team within one to three business days. You may deposit and play immediately after registration while your KYC verification is in progress. n5555 may request additional documentation at any stage if required under our licensing obligations or anti-money-laundering procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request may result in Account suspension.

n5555 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you are using USDT TRC20, which is converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction:

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is non-negotiable. You may not request a withdrawal to a different account, mobile number, or bank account than the one from which your deposit originated without completing a formal payment method change request, which requires additional KYC documentation.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 PKT on a business day are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after 17:00 PKT or on a weekend or Pakistani public holiday are processed on the next business day. n5555 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or mobile network operators.

n5555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that triggers internal risk or anti-money-laundering thresholds. In such cases, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 14 days while the review is conducted. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to such a review.

n5555 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL-specific cricket betting promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Users aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement that must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering Requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Fund amount credited, not on any individual winning amount. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or not at all. The eligible games and contribution rates for each promotion are listed on the promotion page.
• Bonus Funds expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the time limit stated on the promotion page. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• n5555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions already in progress at the time of withdrawal will continue under the original terms until the stated expiry date.
• Any User found to be abusing promotions — including through use of multiple accounts, structured betting designed to exploit offer terms, or collusion with other Users — will have their bonus funds confiscated and may have their Account suspended.

All sports bets placed on n5555 — including PSL cricket markets, international Test and T20 fixtures, UFC events, and football leagues — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the User. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation and n5555 does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or odds level.
• A bet is deemed accepted only when n5555 issues a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid regardless of any screen display.
• In-play bets on live cricket matches, including PSL fixtures, are subject to a brief delay for validation. n5555 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event (e.g., wicket, boundary, or over completion) has occurred but before our systems have updated the market.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without a result being determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Wallet.
• For cricket specifically: matches reduced by weather or other interruptions are governed by the official DLS method result where applicable. If no official result is declared, bets are voided. Matches reduced to fewer than the minimum official overs required for a result (as defined by the relevant cricket board) are voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per User. These limits are set at n5555's discretion and may be varied at any time. Users whose betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity may have their individual limits reduced without notice.
• Palpable errors — including clearly incorrect odds resulting from a human or technical error — are void. n5555 reserves the right to correct or void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement.

All casino games available on the n5555 platform — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game show formats — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. These suppliers operate Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to ensure game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated.

n5555 does not directly control the outcome of any casino game. The house edge on each game is determined by the game's mathematical model, as specified by the game provider and verified by independent auditors. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available on the game information page within the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, server error, or game freeze — the following rules apply:

• If a game round is interrupted before its outcome is determined and the round cannot be recovered, the bet stake is returned to the User's Wallet.
• If a game round outcome has been determined and recorded by the game server prior to the disconnection or malfunction, that outcome stands.
• n5555 will not credit winnings that are claimed to have been displayed on screen but are not recorded in our game server logs. Server records are the definitive record of all game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n5555 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to deceive n5555 in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the n5555 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. n5555 is obligated under its international gaming licence to report suspicious transaction activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through multiple accounts, structured wagering, or any strategy specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix game outcomes, share hand information in live poker, or manipulate sports betting markets.
• Chargeback Abuse: Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after gambling losses have been incurred. All chargeback requests are investigated and fraudulent claims are pursued through appropriate legal and debt recovery channels.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Underage Access Facilitation: Sharing your Account credentials with, or allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your Account in any way.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to access the n5555 platform or its backend systems without authorisation, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

Gambling on n5555 should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a means of generating income, relieving financial stress, or escaping personal difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Users directly from the Account dashboard, in both Urdu and English:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a defined duration of continuous play to remind you of how long you have been active on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session summaries showing your net win/loss position for the current session, available at 15, 30, 45, and 60-minute intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 months) or permanent closure of your Account. Self-exclusions are irreversible for the duration of the selected period. During a self-exclusion period, your Account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n5555 platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the n5555 platform
• Create derivative works based on n5555 content or branding
• Use the n5555 brand, logo, or name in any external publication, website, or marketing material without prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the n5555 platform
• Reverse-engineer any software component of the n5555 platform

Unauthorised use of n5555's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n5555 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical malfunctions, network outages, or errors in game software not caused by n5555's direct negligence
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that was subject to a technical error, including but not limited to odds displays, game RTP figures, or promotional terms
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, Pakistani banks, or mobile network operators

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits n5555's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be law fully excluded or limited under applicable law.

In any event, n5555's maximum aggregate liability to you under this Agreement for any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n5555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made — meaning a change that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations as a User — n5555 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending a notification to your registered email address.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to comply with regulatory changes — may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

Your continued use of the n5555 Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your n5555 Account, a game outcome, a bet settlement, a bonus award, or a payment transaction, you should follow the procedure set out below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your complaint with our 24/7 support team via live chat (available in your Account dashboard) or by emailing [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant reference numbers (e.g., bet ID, transaction ID, game round ID). Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within five business days.

All disputes must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. n5555 will not consider complaints submitted more than 90 days after the relevant event. Time limits are strictly enforced to ensure that relevant evidence and records remain available for review.

During the dispute resolution process, n5555 may place a temporary hold on the disputed funds. This hold does not affect your access to undisputed funds in your Wallet.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n5555 holds its international gaming licence. The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the legally binding version. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal effect and, in the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.

Nothing in this clause prevents n5555 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in any territory to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or enforce payment obligations.
